The Nephilim Archive is an independent press. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we collect when you visit nephilim-archive.whop.site or nephilimarchive.com, order a book, or claim the free first chapter, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you order or when you ask for the free first chapter and the window-close reminder. We use it to deliver your order or chapter, and to write to you about the edition you asked about. Nothing else.
• Order and payment details are handled by Whop, our merchant of record. Your card details go to Whop's checkout and never touch our servers.
• Ad attribution data. We run the Whop pixel on this site. It records page views and order events (for example, that a visitor who clicked one of our ads later bought a book) so we can tell which ads work. The pixel sets a visitor cookie and can connect activity across contexts and devices for ad targeting and measurement.

What we do with it

We use your email to fulfill what you asked for, and attribution data to measure our advertising. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone outside what is described here.

Third parties

Two services touch your data: Whop (checkout, merchant of record, ad attribution pixel) and Google Fonts (typefaces served on this page). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

The Whop pixel stores an anonymous visitor identifier in a cookie so purchases can be attributed to the ad that brought you here. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the store works without them, though attribution will not.

Your choices

Write to us through the store's support chat and we will correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you subscribed to the chapter email, every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this page with a new date above.
